Just a heads up, BO is not working for me in Grand Battle mode. The result stays at 0:0 the whole match and the chatbox is not working. :(

Yeah I noticed though with that chat box that it works in tier 1,2,and 3 battles but not higher tier..... If I knew russian I would write the mod author. I haven't had a grand battle yet with it so I haven't been able to notice it...

Does anyone know which mods are causing the game to crash in grand battles. For if I run vanilla I have no issues, but when using Aslians game crashes only when I get a grand battle.

Perhaps if you provided the necessary log files and more information someone might be able to help......

    Same here

Both of you provide your required logs so @Aslain can look at the issue

  5. Hey I know the feeling, Meltys older version would have a colored indicator that would shine red, orange, or green depending on the thickness of the area you aimed at,  worked prepatch and modpack update. Not sure if it's because it's tied into another mod that isn't working or what but having this function of the crosshair is very useful and would love to have it back! (THE FIRST SCREENSHOT IS WITH THE FUNCTION WORKING, THE SECOND SHOWS IT NOT WORKING)

Thanks for the compliment.  It made me smile since I only pretend in forums to know stuff about computers...:D.  I am currently on my third computer since 1998.....lol.  But now that I think about it, because I keep computers for so long, I have always had to "redneck engineer" my stuff to keep them going so maybe I have learned a little bit over the years.  To be honest, I only know just enough to mess things up really royally sometimes....haha.  But I can use Google....

Google is anyone's best friend if they are careful about the information they get from it. I learned my trade just by tinkering and when I got old enough I went to school for it to get degrees, but to stay ahead of the curve I still learn outside of classes and courses, I use google a lot lol. But hey you gotta do what you gotta do to stay ahead of things or to fix what are normally small problems but seem to be huge ones.

If you are on a Windows machine, Microsoft introduced a feature called User Account Control (UAC) back in the Vista days.  It is a safety feature.  Even if the user is logged in as Admin not every action is ran as admin by default. The reason is that under an Admin account, the user account is not ever really the real, complete Admin.  UAC is the real boss.  If the admin account were in complete control and everything were ran as "by admin" always then everything including malware would be installed without question.  This would not be a safe way to operate the pc.  I think it depends on the application being ran as to whether or not UAC asks for permission to run as admin or it simply denies to run only a portion of a process without asking.  I think the former is what is happened in your case here.  Some mod author has created their mod in such a way that UAC, under your particular pc's settings, decides to "protect" you without asking anything.  Other people, including Aslain, may have something a little different in their Windows Security Settings and their UAC never interfered....or they always run the installer as admin manually.

I think the best thing to do is to right click on the installer exe file and tell your computer to run it as administrator.  This is how you bypass UAC and become the "real" admin.  Everything should run as it should.  You should only do this with programs that you know and trust to be safe and legit.  Aslain's is definitely one that is safe and legit.

    Happy hunting on the battlefield.

As a computer tech and a really big nerd I couldn't have said that better myself!

Glad you got it installed.  At first I thought your problem was very strange, then I realized what the cause of the problem is...

You have this error in python :   File "scripts/common/Lib/urllib2.py", line 442, in error

This is commonly see when a mod cannot connect to the internet.

Ok well this isn't from mine, this is from the op. I will send mine in a second, but I am telling you that scriptloader cannot load Mod_tanklights.pyc and Mod_suncontroller.pyc on my end cause neither of those files exist anywhere on my computer, I have checked to see if they do by doing a simple search on my computer that yielded 0 results

Here is my python log Specifically this section (2017-08-17 00:59:55.671: ERROR: [EXCEPTION] (<string>, 355):
    Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<string>", line 336, in _findValidMODs
      File "scripts/common/Lib/importlib/__init__.py", line 37, in import_module
      File "scripts/client/gui\mods\mod_LampLights.py", line 27, in <module>
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'Config'

    2017-08-17 00:59:55.684: ERROR: [EXCEPTION] (<string>, 355):
    Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<string>", line 336, in _findValidMODs

      File "scripts/client/gui\mods\mod_SunController.py", line 14, in <module>
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'Config') that gives you the clue to my problem, there is no mention of the error you pointed out from the op's python log

    python.log

  9. I can probably confirm this if I can ask a favor of you and get you to send me the original file for just the tank lights and sun controller, that way I can try a manual installation outside of the modpack and see if it will give me the complete mod

ScriptLoader is trying to load what he founds in a folder. Otherwise you wouldn't see any error. If you cannot find that file, then something on your PC is deleting it in the process.

Highly unlikely that my computer or anyone else's computer would delete it otherwise it would wind up in the recycle bin, I'm a computer tech, kinda know this stuff. The possible problem is more likely a corrupted download or an incomplete package for download. That would be much more plausible than the computer just randomly deleting certain files.
