Hello, Same issue for a few days. Used the info provided by Casstiel and instead of deleting I changed the picture of the wings. All is good now. -

Same problem here. -
I also have problems with the installer, a few mods get installed correctly then it installs mods i have not selected. First release worked but when I updated it all went down the toilet.
