These are the only ones I could find, tried to reinstall the game, and didnt save much files from the previous install.

The reflections of the ships and mountains etc, are flickering the water and makes it unplayable when enabled.

This only happens when selecting Group 1 - Carousel Extended by Capt_Oveur.
No issues when selecting Group 2 - OlliN.

5 players in Division B.. and no C division shown. First time I have noticed it.

Wasnt like this last week.... Something is either triggering slow load or there are some incompatibility with certain mods.
Been sitting 2 minutes loading and the CPU is at 9% of 2,4GB used memory.
A i9 10850k and 3080ti with Kingston M.2 shouldnt even be struggling....
If you are talking about the res_mods.inf file, the log archiver wouldnt add it, ''System couldn't find the file'' -
The game is stuck on Logging in.....
I have only updated NVIDIA drivers, tried to reinstall the mods with no modification to camera or engine... still won't load.
The game will start and go to port with no mods. -
Its no longer configurable like it was before, like this picture.
Its only enable and disable, cant add shape, font, size etc.

Used the latest and tried Full and Lite version of the mod.
Torpedo range isnt displayed in the panel, seems like there is a wrong code somewhere.

Suddenly both hakabase HP panels isnt working properly, and the chat by autospy isnt working either.

This modded port is great, takes less performance of the system when in port.
And the light glimmer at the bottom needs to be fixed.

because the preferences.xml file will save it there, and it will become buggy.
<port_preset_custom> BlackHole </port_preset_custom>
Remove the port there and make the preferences.xml file write protected so it prevents settings from being saved.
Do that after you have changed your settings and minimap, hp panel settings etc.
Then the port will restore to default and wont be buggy.
Only way to fix it.-

Must be Regen, damage or class panel if they are up-to-date.
There must be some lap-over, that either shares or conflict with shared functions.
I'll try some combinations and see what triggers it.

1. Doesnt terrain hit when set to off, and collision set to off.. wouldnt that remove it?
2. You can edit the file, but use CTRL+SHIFT+Backspace to unlock the camera if you wanna see more around you.-

It is, tried different combinations of mods and HP panels, I have ONLY issues when Hakabase panel is installed. Without it, I can have my game running for 5 hours and still no FPS drop and no interface issues.
Somehow that mod has some faulty coding that uses to much performance to run.

its what you can live with.... radar range isnt that important... its muscle memory!
Do you want 20 FPS or radar range?
Until the modder or some fans can properly mod Hakabase HP panel... you are stuck with compromises.
Your choice, make something that you can live with and hope someone fixes that mod.-

use BADoBEST v1 if you need a HP panel, have no issues with it. Its only Hakabase.
You might need to delete preferences.xml because of old mod settings. @peppesbodega2 -
