Side Panels by AutoSpy Gives File Not Found Error

Love the mod pack. Thank you so much for it.

 

I did a download and an install.  Did not change any of my options.  While it does the install I get an error that it can't find a file.  

 

 

I do a next and the rest installs correctly.

 

When I run the game, the Side Panels by AutoSpy is not there.  Looking at the logs, that appears to be the issue.

 

I don't believe I have a conflict issue unless its a new conflict.  I did not change any of my selections when doing the install.  I am not installing any contours.
