Aslains WoT Logs Archiver Error

Having issues with the modpack but I cannot even succesfully run the Log Archiver in order to submit my logs, it shows as an error (see picture)

This is a local issue, caused by some problems with file permissions or interrupted access to critical installer functions. Check your computer, AV, file permissions, make sure you have admin rights.
