Issues of arp skins & gun hit effect mod not loading

i downloaded the mods earlier today i realise not the mods are working the arp shell effect is fine.  the arp skins mods and hit effect somehow does not load. i tried reinstalling afew time but it still the same. is there any step i missed out or i proceed wrongly. i appreciate your help. please let me know if you need any other information. thank you

Sure, but without logs it's hard to help.

 

Well in my theory, you're installing some ship skins or textures that overwrites the mod with ARP hits for all ships.
