Steam problems

i know this issue has been asked a million times by now probably! I am still having no luck installing the modpack and actually getting it working on Steam, it works great through my normal wargaming account but still nothing in steam as of yet! is there a fix or a path im not following correctly?

From my readme:

 

Steam users can find proper folder in this example path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\World of Warships\bin\316925\
 (the number may change every WG update)

 

I do not recommend playing WoWs using steam client because not all mods working on it.
