Compressed textures for weak computers

HI,

The "Compressed textures for weak computers" mod does'nt work  anymore.

It tried to tune the vidéo settings but it does'nt change anything.

I also tried with all other mods uninstalled,  same result

On that screenie it looks like they are working, blury textures on that ship is compressed textures. That mod is still from 0.7.7 but should work in general.

Currently it's just 1% compression I will add the rest later.
