Medals received pop-up/anouncer

So what I would love to have is a mod where when you achieve the requirements of a particular medal and announcement would play for whatever medal it was.  The medal icon would also appear on the screen similar to that of a sixth sense icon.

You mean sort of like xbox version has.. Ok. Not quite.. They put it up for the rest of the game. But same idea.. 

 

I am still puzzled WG has not made it for the PC version. Kind of neat to see..
