matchmaking monitor

I guess there is already this topic somewhere on a forum, but i cant find it :S
I added this option into mod ,,matchmakind monitor"
Where does it appear? How can i open it?

You will have a shortcut on your computer desktop after installing the mod. 

It is not opened from within wow.
