Mod config changes after every reboot of my laptop

Every time I shut down and reboot my laptop the configuration of my Aslain modpack is totally changed. This started few weeks ago and now I have to install the modpack every day before I start to play. The selection for example garage carousel, 6th sense icon, OTM markers and many others change every time. I even made a backup copy of res_mods and mods folders and copied them back before starting the game, it didnt help.

 

Any Idea what causes this?

This sounds like a local issue to me, which means it's not a bug in a mod.

 

Start with attaching logs, info in my signature.

Found this JSONxLoaderException: File not found: res_mods\configs\xvm\Aslain\minimap.xc

 

That's what I said before, a local issue, from what I remember this is caused by lack of priviledges to that (and other mods) file.
