installing with steam issue

For the first time in 8 months, (Thanks btw for the continued update of mods) I am unable to find the correct install directory for steam.  I followed the link in the mod installer: https://steamdb.info/app/552990/depots/

under the Branches at Public row like it says.  I only have the 3 directories in my \bin folder  the previous one, what is dated as the new one, and client runner.  I can see that Aslain is installed to the two numbered directories.  Todays version.  but nothing shows in game to indicate mods, nor a problem with them.  I even renamed ALL folders in the \bin directory to with Bak to precdede all the names, so WoWs actually shouldn't even run.  In effect there is nothing in \bin folder, so where is the install path?

steamdb.info seem to show wrong folder name sometimes or always - cannot verify, I don't use WoWs on steam. I don't recommend it too, the steam client is mods unfriendly.
