'Historical Proportions flags' replaces IWD flag texture.

I've installed the Historical Proportions flags mod, Imperial Japan variant and found that it replaces the texture for the International Workers' Day flag with that of the Project VALOR: Family Flag.  The problem disappears when the game is run in safe mode. I'd inform the mod author myself, but I don't have a CIS account.

Following on from Update 7.11.1 the same problem with Historical Proportions flags causes the Royal Navy Destroyer Collection 'commemorative' flag to fail to display at all (in-Port, or in-Battle). Removal of the Historical Proportions flag via Aslain's installer programme restores the flag.

The mod author is from the RU realm, and on this realm WG released it with the mixed up flags you mentioned. He will try to fix it in future.
