Only use consumables in depot

Would someone consider making a "use-up" mod for consumables?

Let's say I have 24 Gold rounds in depot, but do not want to fire them any more because of cost. The not-yet mod would continue to resupply automatically until those are used up without buying more.

Or, I got extra rations in a gift box. What the heck, let's use them. I mount them and they resupply automatically until used up, then stop so you don't accidentally/unintentionally spend 20,000.
