Modpack with same settings crashes game on startup

So, it crashes at "synchronizing equipment and consumables" every time with v.4.1.31_95 or higher. It worked fine in v.4.1.24_95 with the same exact settings.

 

Works fine without any mods. Client version 9.5.

Uncheck mods by Spoter, and you should be good, I marked them....in modpack

 

These mods works for many, and doesn't work for few.

 

               Crew Exp Extended by Spoter (use with care, the mod is causing hangar issues on some computers!)

               Vehicle Exp Extended by Spoter (use with care, the mod is causing hangar issues on some computers!)
