Change Enemy Silhouette Outline Colour

How can I change the enemy silhouette outline colour?

I have done it before I just can't remember how, last time I edited a some somewhere, I thought it was colors.xc but I can't seem to find it in there.

 

I only want to change the enemy silhouette outline colour, nothing else.

It was always encrypted thats why you need this tool. I just checked it for ASIA client and confirmed the encryption (packed).

Yeah I don't remember doing it this way in the past, I just edited a text file.

 

Just got it working, but I tried to make it a light blue but it just makes it white.

 

nvm, got it working, the site says: 

RGB Percent	50.6, 74.5, 96.9

 

But its actually 0.50 0.75 0.96 1

 

But yeah, I swear I just edited something in: res_mods\configs\xvm\Aslain

try this number it makes them stand out.. its what i use...

1.0 0.0 0.50 1

 

can see it better than the cb color..

I was going to make it a lighter, more pale red like I did in the past, I was just testing with the blue. 

But I'll give your colour a try too.
