Question regarding Over Target Marker settings

 Hey, I want to have a minimal OTM during normal gameplay,

 

and show extended OTM (ratings, winrate etc) when I press alt.

 

 But there is no option to trigger the second line above health bar for alt key...

 

 Any way I can do this?

That is correct, I woud have to rework it, it's not that simple. I'll think about it.

Ah okay, I just saw someone on youtube use it like so - they must have fiddled with it or something.
