Snuffy1812 Posted October 13, 2019 Share Posted October 13, 2019 Hi, I'm having a problem with installation of latest Modpack version for WOT 1.6.1.0. It keeps giving me an error saying that I have an unsuitable client. I have the latest update from Wargaming. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues and if so how did you fix them? I have uninstalled and re installed twice with the exact same results. Thank you all in advance for your time on this issue. Quote Link to comment

What version does the folders say inside "mods" and "res_mods"? If they say 1.6.0.0 too, then you should double check you are selecting the proper World of Tanks installation folder. Moderator Quaksen Posted October 13, 2019 Moderator Share Posted October 13, 2019 You might be looking in the wrong World of Tanks folder then, because the last update before 1.6.1 was 1.6.0.8. You should try having a look around for where the other installation is. Or you can try doing a "Check and Repair" in the game launcher, to see if that fixes it first. Quote Link to comment

The World of Tanks folder you're selecting, however, is the wrong one. You have two World of Tanks installations it seems. You need to find the correct one. Quote Link to comment

WOT also has a "World of tanks NA" folder. When trying to install the modpack where the game is "World of tanks NA" the Mod pack says that I have an unsuitable client too note my game is installed with a wargaming NA client.
