I've noted a data issue with Side Panels by AutoSpy.  It says Smolensk has radar, which it does not.

 

Is there any way to do a validation of the data present?

I have contacted AutoSpy (the author), and he said he will fix it, and all the data he has is from wows wiki, and it seems that this site is not correct about this ship.
