Hello,

  I can't install the latest Aslain mod pack version 1.6.1.3 because the latest WOT version is 1.6.1.1708? Any help?

You need new modpack, download version for WoT 1.6.1.4, and forget that number in the launcher as it has nothing to do with the mods path.
