redbat Posted January 1, 2020 Posted January 1, 2020 (edited) Hi, First of all, thanks for all the amazing continued work on this modpack. I have been having an issue in the last week with every new version of the modpack that something keeps flickering in combat at the top of the screen, which causes micro-stuttering of input and screws up the mouse movement. This is both annoying to see and makes it harder to play, but I can't seem to solve it. Nothing in the python.log looks weird to me. The issue does not appear in every battle, but about 60-70% of them have it all battle. See attached images for how it looks in game. A video of how it flickers can be seen here: https://i.imgur.com/SDgbPMz.mp4. Also attached the python.log in caseneeded. Any ideas what could be causing this would be most helpful, so I can remove that mod. Thanks! python.log Edited January 1, 2020 by redbat Quote
Administrator Aslain Posted January 1, 2020 Administrator Posted January 1, 2020 Don't use WoT mission thing together with the mod that does the same. When you use the both, issues like flickering may occur. Quote
redbat Posted January 1, 2020 Author Posted January 1, 2020 That seems to have fixed it, weirdly enough, as I always had both on before. Thanks a lot! Quote
Administrator Aslain Posted January 1, 2020 Administrator Posted January 1, 2020 I think it all depends on a mission type, some missions will work on both at same time, while the others will cause flickering thing. Quote
redbat Posted January 1, 2020 Author Posted January 1, 2020 Turns out I was wrong, it is still occurring but a lot less stuttery. Could I have accidentally enabled two clashing mods for it or is there some other setting than the one I turned off (See screenshot) Quote
redbat Posted January 1, 2020 Author Posted January 1, 2020 (edited) A video of how it looks now in combat on these occasions: https://i.imgur.com/2RFTIIT.mp4 Pressing N makes the flickering stop sometimes, so seems like still some conflict Edited January 1, 2020 by redbat Quote
Administrator Aslain Posted January 2, 2020 Administrator Posted January 2, 2020 Either way I cannot do anything more for you, the author of this mod is WGmods. They should fix, but I doubt they will, that problem is present since over a year. Quote
redbat Posted January 2, 2020 Author Posted January 2, 2020 Okay, I will just remove that mod then. Thanks for the help anyway. Quote
