Roslich side panels issue

Alright so for the entire 9.0 patch so far (I've downloaded #5 and the latest #9) the roslich sidepanels I've used for over a year aren't working correctly.

I have tried uninstalling all mods and then reinstalling them as well as reinstalling through deleting the cache.

I still get the gear wheel for the settings for the sidepanels, and can click on it and adjust the sidepanels as normal but the sidepanels do not appear under any circumstances.

help please?

I saw in one of the versions that they were aparantly fixed but nothing changed for me

Hey man thanks for getting back to me so quick, I didn't ever realise you had messaged back. 

nothing there but the gear wheel

But I can access the settings by clicking said gearwheel.
Checking and uncheacking boxes, changing language, nothing I can do will make the panels appear

Installed same mods like you have and I got no issues with side panels, so it's defintiely a local issue. You can try to reset all game settings by deleting preferences.xml file.
