Crash in match + Cannot re-start the game

I am struggling with this one. Something happens in a match to make the client crash, then I cant restart the game without restarting the computer.  I cant get the aslains log file thing to work...

 

Frustrating.  Seems like I crash either on a guy getting blown up or me shooting but clearly I cannot ascertain exactly the criteria that cause this and at best thats conjecture.
