philburg2
Not sure why, but as of the last four or five versions I can't get most of the basic XVM mods to work. Last time it was working was when XVM had a stable option. Currently I select my usual assortment of options, but when I log in it's pretty clear they're not working. No auto-login, no currency lockers, no auto crew, no auto mount, etc, etc. Non XVM mods like PMOD are working however. I can go to the xvm config and see that the XVM settings that I selected are not being applied. Hangar.xc is the most obvious example, and if I set the above manually they work correctly. Using Microsoft AV and malwarebytes, have tried launching the installer from an ignored directory to eliminate them. Did an uninstall of Aslain's, cleared the cache, and did the integrity check. Trying to avoid a reinstall of WoT since everything works in general. Archiver_Logs.zip Edited April 27, 2020 by philburg2 resolved Quote Link to comment
Administrator Aslain Posted April 26, 2020 Administrator Share Posted April 26, 2020 The logs you have attached don't show any problems. From the description you attached, it appears that something on your computer doesn't allow the installer to make changes to the .xc files from XVM and maybe others too. Quote Link to comment
philburg2
Problem resolved. Windows 10 user profile became corrupted, and wasn't able to open/run a cmd prompt. I assume this royally messed up the running of your batch scripts to merge config files. In the logs, could you not only give an exit code for deploying the files but also each batch run? Might still have been an exit 0, but it might help diagnose. Thanks. 1 Quote Link to comment
