Error doing Clean Install

I love your collection.  Been using it for a while now.  Today, after the micropatch, I downloaded the latest setup file from Wargaming's and you website (just to be sure).   I am able to select the mods I wants, telling the installer to delete everything.  It then downloads the zip files again and starts to install them.  Every time I get the attached error.  I'm also including the logs, just in case they're needed.
