Spotting lamp on the left side of the hitbar

Where can I activate the light bulb on the left side of the hit point bar, so that everyone else can see, when am spotted?

You only want the others to see your bulb? Then you have to activate XMQP on XVM website profile, the others has to do it as well + they have to install XVM config that is displaying that bulbs.
