Cannot access Combat Intellegence, etc

I am having issues in the garage where I cannot access Combat Intellegence, Act 4 Archives, Current Stage, Store, Clan, Tech Tree Collectors Vehicles, etc. For example, when the box for Combat Intellegence is selected and pressed, the window displays an WOT spinning wheel, but the Combat Intellegence never comes up. It stays on the spinning wheel forever.

problem solved, it was an antivirus firewall problem.
