Any chance some modder can fix HakaBase Combo HP Panel?

I tried to talk to HakaBase regarding his mod.
It makes my game stutter, give low FPS and using mouse cursor while in a match my FPS goes down to like 24.
This is very frustrating, its not my selection of mods installed, its the Haka Panel.

When using BADoBEST v1 panel, I have no issues.. So there must be a coding problem, something that is draining the game performance.
Talked to HakaBase, he didnt have time or the proper modding skills to look into it.
I really like this mod, I would greatly appreciate if some modder could look through the coding and check where the issue is.
