Hang on Launch since 1.10

Good Day, Since updating to WoT 1.10, I have been unable to get the game to run if modded. Last Aslain version tried is 1.10.0.0 #4. It will run Vanilla & Safe Mode. I have run an integrity check to no effect. When launching the game, it hangs at the "Updating the Garage" Screen. Music plays and the animations in the background move, but my tank never appears.  I have waited as long as 10 minutes. 1st time I have trouble with this mod. Thanks for all help/advise.
