Fresh install, ticked Mods not active properly?

Hey,

as the title suggests, I formatted my PC, so reinstalled WoT + Aslains.

However, even after freshly installing my Mods, for example the XVM Map mods (Circles, for example, the 50m "auto-spot" circle) are activated, but not a active (also, for example dead tanks are not shown on the minimap).

When I restart the Aslains Mod-Pack Installer, for example the XVM Map Mods are also not ticked in the installer.

 

Does anyone know what is up here?

Maybe you are installing shurabb minimap? You didn't attach mandatory logs so I have to guess.
