padlocks not working on bonds, credits and gold

i noticed my bonds and gold was going down recently and realized the padlocks were showing red "locked" but were still allowing deductions from the balances when adding a directive or attempting to use gold in the store on decals etc.  they used to work fine but i noticed they stopped awhile back and continue to not work with subsequent updates to the modpacks.

They protect from manual spending, but will not protect you if you set to automatic usage (auto-refill).
