The one you mentioned is from Mirukii, and could be found on wgmods.net, but it's outdated, and unavailable for current game version. Quote Link to comment

Thank you for supporting me 🙂 Just a note: I have removed that skins to keep the game stable, with outdated skins, the game is just crashing in various moments of battle... I wish I could keep those skins, but unfrotunately I cannot, and it's not because of me but because of the modders who are not adjusting their skins in proper time. Quote Link to comment
