Steam World of Tanks

Is there a way of installing the mod pack for the steam version of the game.  I've tried and have had no success as of yet . if there is can someone with the knowledge of how to do it make a right up. I would like to link it or some how get it posted over on the steam sight to hlp  them.  Ill make sure to give the credit to whom ever does the post ).

i know steam has a certain structure of the folders, this will probably helpout.
