I developed a tech tree expansion mod, but how would I distribute or release it?

I developed a tech tree mod which like Arnak's.

 

I thought many people need this kind mod, thus I would like to give away this.

 

But, how could I do? Should I contact with Aslain himself directly?

You can post your mod here in this section: https://aslain.com/index.php?/forum/42-fan-zone/ just create new topic, add mod preview and attach it as zip, and or release it on WG forums, but it may take little more time to appear in the modpack since they have to approve your mod (make your topic visible).
