Blocked from using Free Exp for Field Mods and Slight Freeze issue

I am not sure which mod it is, but I was getting blocked from using Free Experience to purchase Field Mods. It started with Patch #4 (Sat/Sun) and was happening again in Patch #5. I'm also having a quick freeze (1-3 sec) issue in-game.

 

I contacted WOT Support and they suggested Safe Mode to disable mods.  When I launched Safe Mode, it all cleared up.

 

I am not sure what mod(s) are causing the problem. I've attached my complist. I plan on reinstalling with a lot less mods to see if it clears up the problem (maybe a conflict between two or more mods).

So I just loaded version #6 with a lot less added but with most of the Garage Mods still loaded.  Free Exp for Field Mods are now blocked again. So I would it suspect one of the Garage Mods is causing the problem. I've uploaded the #6 Complist for your review.

Still having the problem. Still had the Tank Carousel enabled.

Yup - 4th try. Fixed it. Something in the Tank Carousel mods.

next time could you attach logs (will add link at the bottom on how to provide those)

now it added a certain difficulty in trying to recreate the issue, will try a few things out.

could not find anything related to carousel causing it, are you sure the xvm locks where not on?

Sorry I didn't run the achiever.

 

It was not the XVM locks. I checked that first.

 

I think it is the combination of Mods. It locked out in the Field Mod screen.
