Unable to install Mod

I cannot install modpack 1.14.1.3. When I reach the directory selection page there is always the following error:

Runtime error (at 208:105): Invalid floating point operation.

I have tried all version of the recent modpack 01 - 04 and it is always the same. There have been no changes on my computer and before the mod worked with no problems. I can still play the game (without mod).

Please note that I run the game with Wine 6.20 staging, although this has not caused any problems with the mod in the past.

Thanks for any help or pointers.

 

 

Update: I am now using Wine 6.22 staging and the mod 1.14.1.4_00 works without any problems again
