3D icons,Panels,HP bars issue

I Have issue where when I set up panels how I want them and use 3D icons I get HP bars not fully extending up to a 3D icons.

 

Any tips on how to address this ?

Is it WG hp bars? You cannot change their lenght, you can only enable/disable it in the game option.

It doesn't matter what I use result is same I tried all possible mod options. Before I used short name medium + 3D icons + light bulb(since icons cover default) + HP Bar mod, and this was perfect and aligned all the way to 3D icons. But now there is no HP bar mod and one at the bottom of list mods doesn't do anything it behaves as WG hp bars.

 

So I wonder is there a way to make them extend all the way like it used and considering that it is supported by WG now it should be easier then ever.
