Looking for the small health bars for each team while in battle

Could you please tell me where I can find the smaller health bars that display when I am playing?  the Roslich and Hakabase fill up half my screen during battle.  Thank you!!!

You want small hp bars on the side panels I assume? Have you checked such mod config window (click on the gears menu in the top left side of screen in a battle) ? They have options there, some of such mods can make the bars smaller, I'm pretty sure Hakabase can do that, and some others too.
