"Loaded" sfx not working on mod 1.16.1

First, I really appreciate the mod pack. 

 

Issue is that I like using the Up v2 sound aka the breach sound with buddy yelling "up!".  But that's not working on the latest version.. only the "up" one does... I tried some of the other to no avail.  Hope you can fix this, or is there another way to just that sfx into the game mods??  THx in advance

could you attach the logs, that will enable us to load up the same config to see what is wrong.
here it is explaining how to get/make them (mainly red text)
