No idea, the author of the LoadInf is no longer around to check this problem. When do you see this error? Can you show on screenshot? Maybe you have missing some NET library?

You see this when you click on some button or right away after starting loadinf?

When I push the "Run the installer" button after I have pointed (loaded) the installer and pointed (loaded) the .inf file.
