Would it be possible to make the

 

1. Dispersion Indicator

2. Velocity

3. Flight Time

 

drag and droppable?

 

Those mods colide with the crosshair as you can see in the screenshot.

 

Also I know that I can choose the place to set them (up, down, right) but as you can see in the screenshoot, at those places are already information displayed (penetration indicator, distance) so therefore it would be good to be able to choose the place on my own.

It's not movable with mouse, that's why in the modpack you can select few pre-selected locations. Use the one that works best for you.
