Lebwa MoE doesnt show in garage and doesnt work in game

my mod doesnt show in the garage and it doesnt work in game, ive tried reinstalling it doesnt work. i also restarted the game, still doesnt work. other features ive chosen from the mod work but this one doesnt.

also i have provided internet the whole time, so i really dont know why its like this. 5 months ago i use this lebwa mod and it worked perfectly

Maybe delete Lebwa folder in %appdata% I cannot really help with that mod, I'm not touch with the mod author.
