hitmarker doesn't work

as title says !! i don't know why it doesn't work . i cleared all sound mods like it says when u select it !! i cleare the cache even re installed the game  , but it still doesn't work

confirmed, hit marker is not working at all.
will be removed unless someone can fix it.
