T key and vehicle icons and outlines not visible in battle since 18.0.0 #5

Everything was fine up to v. 18.0.0 #7.  Noticed then that the T key for Arty did not function and the vehicles icons and outlines were not visible in battle.  Reverted to 18.0.0 #5 and it all worked again.  Now using 18.0.1 at #4 and the same issue exists.  Everything works as intended in safe mode.  What am setting needs changed in the modpack to get these functions back?
