Can't remove extra tank name column from Team Panel

I've tried the different team panels but this extra column with the tank name + tier in big bright letters won't go away. Is it part of another mod? How do I get rid of it?

This is contour icons, uncheck them in the other part of the modpack (non-xvm one).
