i  used the latest 09b version and i have no engine or gun sounds

Attach logs, see my signature link with info. I'm pretty sure the problem is on your side only, maybe you have got corrupted download of sound banks (delete everything in World_of_Tanks_NA\Aslain_Modpack\DL_cache\ and reinstall modpack) or antivir is messing up the installation, or lack of admin rights etc.
