Install in another computer with the same settings

is there any way to copy settings (dump a registry key or copy some settings file...) to have all settings the same when running the installer on a new computer?

Yes, there is, check out this topic: https://aslain.com/index.php?/topic/226-20052018-loadinf-for-aslains-installer-v271-gui/&do=getNewComment it will help you with moving selected mods to another PC etc. 

If you want to additionaly move mods settings, you have to do it manually copy their options from %appdata%.
