game crashes after joining a match

The game, after joining a match with any tank, especially those of tiers above 6/7 inclusive, shuts down completely. after trying to turn the game back on, it restores the gameplay and after a few seconds again shuts down the game. the logs folder shows as empty so I am attaching the required files

(unfortunately my computer doesn't show xvm.log anywhere, as if it doesn't exist)

That restarting is an issue regarding some compatibility issues between XVM and Hangman. That's all I know. Maybe try to play without Hangman. I think this problem has begun in 1.19.1.0, but from what I know was only occuring while loading to garage, not to battle.
