Stuttering game after last update?

Hey guys, my game is stuttering since I got the last aslain update. Nothing changed apart from that... I don't understand...

It's not lag or any internet connexion issue, and my pc works perfectly.

 

Any ideas?

probably the game, issues started when they prepared for the event.
played with the clan last night and everyone had some sort of issue, lag/ctd, 1 got stuck in loading screen etc.
not everyone was using mods.
