Extremely slow download of mods once choosen

I do have a slow download speed on my internet. But it only takes me a couple minutes to download Aslains when there is a update. The problem I have is after I've done the download of the update if I have to download anything to install the update there seems to be a throttle or something that doesn't allow me to download my mods at a high speed. I'm sitting here watching my downloading page and it won't go past 12KB/s. So for remaining time I've got 7hours, 11 minuets and 32 seconds. WTF?! 

 

I can watch youtube on 720p no problem but can't download the updated mods even at dialup speeds. No, the program is not blocked by a firewall. Please advise.

Might have just fixed it. Hit "retry" at the bottom and my download speed shot up to what is normal.

Hitting the "retry" button fixed it. Hadn't seen that before so kinda freaked me out.

I see, it may happen, depends on networking stuff. You can try VPN set to EU in future, when you have slow downloads.
